Any setup fee is non-refundable.
The initial monthly service fee is refundable if the client cancels within 7 days of the date their paid service begins.
If the client cancels during this initial 7-day refund period, the initial monthly service fee is refunded and service ends immediately upon cancellation.
After the initial 7-day refund period has ended, monthly service fees are non-refundable. If the client cancels after this period, service remains available through the end of the current 30-day billing period and then ends.
Cancellation prevents the service from renewing for another billing period.
